Returns & Refunds policy

1. Australian Consumer Law

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Change of Mind

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections, or if you simply no longer want the item.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned in saleable condition.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and offer a suitable remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) in line with your rights under the ACL.

6. Return Shipping

  • For all other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
